Alix Jules

Alix is a native New Yorker with a background in science, psychology, and the arts. He is a writer and photographer, whose written contributions have been featured in the Daily Beast, Ebony Magazine, Time, and Patheos.

Growing up in the City gave him access to some of the world’s finest art, including the underground influence of street art and graffiti which is seen in much of his private work. Alix is a graduate of the Bronx High School of Science with subsequent collegiate education from Columbia, Harvard, and the New York Institute of Photography in engineering, psychology, and the art of photography respectively.

He credits his studies in human understanding with his ability capture the best in frame and connecting with his subjects including the psychology of parenthood.
